I started Spinnin' Threads in 1999 after sewing "hippie" style clothing for myself and my friends for a couple years and I loved it so much I didn't want to stop! I was origninally inspirted to sew this style after moving to AZ for my MSW in 1996. I would see amaxing backless tops at Dead cover bands, Phish shows, JGB, Further, and the like. I couldn't find any in the local head shops so I began making them myself as well as skirt that spun when I twirled....hence... SPINNIN' THREADS

I AM NOW A PSYCHOTHERAPIST IN PRIVATE PRACTICE AND A MOTHER TO THREE BOYS (WHO WILL NOT WEAR MY DRESSES, UNFORTUNATELY BUT WILL WEAR MY PANTS!)
I ENJOY TRAVELING TO MUSIC FESTIVALS WHICH IS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO SELL MY CLOTHING AS , BESIDES ENJOYING THE MUSIC, I HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEE HOW EVERYTHING FITS YOU AND ADJUST IT APPROPRIATELY
